Hi, I'm Jasmine.
I created The Becoming Her Experience for the woman who is ready to stop performing her healing and start embodying it. These meditations are the practices I return to again and again, the ones that helped me come home to myself when I forgot who I was.
My work blends nervous system regulation, feminine embodiment, and identity work because real transformation is not just understood, it is felt. You do not have to rush. You do not have to perform. You only have to keep showing up.
