At Eminence by Becoming Her, each offering is intentionally designed as a high-touch, transformational experience.
Due to the nature of coaching services and digital products, all sales are final.
By purchasing any program, service, or product, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges for:
  • 1:1 coaching programs (including The Eminence Experience)
  • Digital products (including The Becoming Her Reflection Workbook)
  • Any services rendered or in progress
All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Commitment to the Work

By enrolling in any program, you acknowledge:
  • You are making a committed investment in yourself
  • Transformation requires personal responsibility, participation, and consistency
  • Results are not guaranteed and depend on your engagement
Choosing not to continue or fully participate does not qualify for a refund.

4. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan:
  • You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments
  • This is a commitment to the full investment, not a pay-as-you-go arrangement
  • Failure to complete payments does not cancel your financial obligation
Missed payments may result in:
  • Suspension of access to services
  • Collections or further action if necessary

5. Cancellations & Early Termination

You may choose to discontinue participation at any time; however:
  • No refunds will be issued
  • Remaining payments (if on a plan) are still required

6. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

For coaching clients:
  • Sessions must be rescheduled with reasonable notice
  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited
  • Unused sessions are non-refundable and may expire within the program timeframe

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life can present unexpected challenges.
While refunds will not be issued, we may, at our sole discretion:
  • Offer a short-term pause
  • Provide reasonable rescheduling accommodations
These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.
If a chargeback is initiated:
  • You remain responsible for the full program cost
  • Access to services will be immediately revoked
  • We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds

9. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have:

  • Agreed to all terms prior to payment
